This site is run by Simple Engineers LLC. It has one form: the sign-up for news about Truman. This page says what that form keeps and what we do with it.

What we keep

• The email address you enter, and the time you signed up.
• Nothing else about you. To stop one computer filling the list, we count sign-ups per network address for an hour. We never store the address itself, only a one-way hash of it, and we delete the count within a day.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

What we use it for

Only to email you when Truman is available, and occasionally about news of Truman itself. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving them. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone.

Where it is kept

In our own Amazon Web Services account, in the United States (us-east-1), encrypted at rest.

Removing it

Email hello@usetruman.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it, usually within a few days. You can ask the same address what we hold about you.
